Trauma imprints aren’t only about what happened. They’re about what the experience felt like — and what your system had to do to survive it. In this teaching, I explain how trauma doesn’t disappear with time. It lives in the body, the nervous system, emotional patterns, and sometimes the energetic heart. Trauma imprints are not the event itself — they are the unfinished response that never had space to complete. In this video, I share: • How trauma imprints form • Why they show up as body sensations, emotional loops, or protectors • How trauma affects people differently depending on temperament, perception, and even astrology • Why emotional pain may feel like pressure, heaviness, restriction, or repeated reactions • How I perceive trauma symbolically — as a translation of what the imprint still feels like You’ll hear examples of how trauma can appear internally as images such as: – A ball and chain – Hands tied behind the back – Choking or pressure on the chest – A darkened or fractured heart – A gripping pain in the neck These are not literal memories. They are translation layers — ways the system communicates what still needs attention. This work is supported by research such as: • The Body Keeps the Score — showing how trauma lives in the nervous system • Molecules of Emotion — demonstrating how emotional experiences create biochemical patterns throughout the body Trauma does not look the same for everyone. It may sit in the physical body, mental framework, emotional system, spiritual sense of safety — or a combination of them.
