Pancakes Ingredients: 1 banana 2 eggs Baking powder Cardamom Milk 1/4 cup sugar Oil Flour Instructions: Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the eggs, baking powder, cardamom, milk, sugar, and flour. Mix well until smooth. Heat a pan with a little oil. Pour some batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Serve warm with your favorite toppings. Mystery Vegetable Dish Ingredients: Potatoes, 4 pieces Carrot, 1 piece Onions, 2 pieces Roma eggplant, 1 piece Garlic Ginger Cilantro Bell pepper 1 egg Salt Home-made spices Flour Olive oil Butter 1 tablespoon eggplant paste or tomato paste Instructions: Chop all the vegetables finely and set aside. In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with 1 egg, salt, spices, and flour. Mix well and knead lightly. Heat olive oil and a little butter in a pan. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add the chopped eggplant and one tablespoon of eggplant paste (or tomato paste) and cook until soft. Form the vegetable mixture into small balls and add them into the pan with the sauce. Add some water and simmer until the balls are fully cooked and the sauce thickens. Creamy Restaurant-Style Fish Ingredients: Fish fillets, cleaned and dried Salt Spices Flour Oil for frying Oil for sauce Onion, chopped Garlic, chopped Milk Butter chicken sauce Worcestershire sauce (optional) Cilantro for garnish Instructions: Clean and dry the fish fillets. Season with salt and spices, then lightly coat with flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside. For the sauce, heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant. Add a little milk, butter chicken sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and add cilantro. Place the fried fish into the sauce and simmer on low heat until the fish is fully cooked and the sauce is creamy and flavorful. Serve hot and enjoy a restaurant-style creamy fish at home.
