Travel days don’t always go as planned… and that’s part of the adventure. In this vlog we travel from Kandy to Ramboda, stopping halfway on our journey to Nuwara Eliya. The drive through Sri Lanka’s hill country is beautiful, and we took a tour of the Glenloch Tea Factory where we even got to try picking tea leaves ourselves. But this travel day turned out to be a strange one. While the tea factory experience was a highlight, the place we stayed had a really odd vibe that made the whole day feel a little surreal. We decided to share this day anyway because travel isn’t always perfect. Sometimes it’s incredible views, great experiences, and memorable moments… and sometimes it’s just a weird day on the road.
