Sometimes I feel like screens are consuming my life. I get addicted to them so easily. I have tried all kind of methods from deleting apps from my phone and spending weekends without any devices. I haven't found a permanent solution, a balance between using the tools I enjoy (like creating videos!) and spending enough time without distractions, and I still struggle with that.
