This kundalini yoga kriya - known as Basic Spinal Energy Series - is a staple for kundalini yogis! It is energising and uplifting, and activates the chakras and spine in a really beautiful, balanced way. I have created this 20-minute version to make it an easy one for us all to add a little kundalini yoga into the start of each day, no matter how busy we are. As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
