From the last part of "End of the Line", we have another inferior version of the EC2 Light Grey Interior Feltzer. To obtain it in DP/EP/FP/MP form, you need to use OM0. Basically, use a phone call (I'm using the one where Woozie calls you after killing Millie in the Heist strand), enter the 8-Track marker right as it's ringing and press the button to answer. Then hold it and don't let go until you are in the Feltzer in the third part of "End of the Line". Once you get near Grove Street in the auto scroller, jump out of the Feltzer. I don't have a whole lot of luck with this. I don't know if there's a secret I don't know, but mash triangle and hope that you jump out near where I do in the video. You want to jump out in the specific spot before the cutscene near the Cluckin' Bell starts. Once you are out, run to Sweet's house and start a second instance of the mission. Follow the Firetruck until you get by the train tracks near the docks. At this point, deviate and drive toward the markers on the mini map. You'll fail for losing the Firetruck before long. Here, you have to be careful. You have to keep your camera facing the direction of the vehicles, as they're prone to just vanish after failing the mission if you aren't looking. But if you keep your camera in the direction correctly, you'll spot the EP/FP Sanchez driving off, the AP Firetruck in the little courtyard area trying to drive away, a crashed non-proofed Tornado parked near the wall, and the DP/FP/EP/MP Feltzer. It's probably possible to obtain more than one vehicle at a time, but since they drive off, and vanish if looking away too long, it'll definitely be tricky. So I've been setting my eyes on obtaining one vehicle at a time. So, if you want the Feltzer, follow it until you can get close enough to steal it (the doors are unlocked). Then take it to a garage. You should get another mission failed screen in this time. But in the video, I save and reload and test the properties and show it's proofed in every way except for bullets. One final note. If you start the second instance of "End of the Line" while the cutscene is playing, the Feltzer will be AP.
