These intermediate exercises are excellent for correcting Kyphosis and Forward Head posture dysfunctions when you are implementing the 3-Lock Mountain and practicing 3 times per week. You will greatly increase your progress and adaptation gains by being aware of your posture dysfunctions prior to starting your beginning and intermediate exercises. Make sure to balance your exercises with solid upper body stretches like the ones in my resistance band stretching video ( • REDUCE Pain-Stiffness Now | FIX YOUR Tight... ) and the Joint Openers Routine ( • FIX YOUR JOINT STIFFNESS with The Joint Op... ), which have excellent upper body stretches.
