Second, a rich, creamy white Alfredo sauce made from scratch using half & half, cream cheese, and a blend of both grated and shredded Parmesan cheese. To bring it all together, we generously layer the dish with fresh mozzarella, mild cheddar, and gouda cheese before baking it into a comforting, gooey masterpiece.
