So I messed up and didn't record the right side. It was pretty close to a 1 rm but I moved the weight with both arms for at least 3 @ 91lb. I'm going to switch to this for a few sessions to try and get over 100-105. My grip has been fried a little lately, so I'm just using the smaller one until it's fully rested again. 100 for a triple on this would be awesome. I literally wanted to go to sleep after this because I really put effort into this lift. My elbows and shoulders felt surprisingly good after. Do your JM presses. They have def. been helping as I get really high in weight for mobility and soreness.
