Happy New Year! 🥳 Starting off this year with a healthy ox bone soup that is filled with amino acids and minerals to wish everyone a healthy 2023 💖 Ingredients - 1.3 kg Ox Bone with Marrow 500g Beef Brisket Scallions Salt & Pepper Instructions - 1. Soak the raw ox bones and beef for 2 hours to draw the blood out. 2. Drain the soaked bones and beef. Transfer the bones to a pot and fill with cold water until bones are fully submerged. Add in some scallions and bring the pot to a boil to get rid of any impurities. 3. Take the bones out and wash with cold water. 4. Transfer to a clean pot and fill it up with hot boiling water. Make sure the bones are fully cover and boil over medium fire for 5 hours. Check every now and then to make sure there is enough water in the pot, covering the bones. 5. After 5 hours, put the drained beef that you were soaking earlier into the pot with the bone soup. Let it cook for about 1 to 1.5 hours. 6. Remove the beef and let it cool down before slicing. 7. Assemble the soup together with some rice and optional scallions, salt & pepper to taste. 嗨大家好!是我ChickChick! 新年快樂!🥳 新年的開始我們來喝一碗熱騰騰、充滿氨基酸跟礦物質、又健康的韓式雪濃湯!希望大家新的一年都能健健康康的!💖 食材: 1.3公斤牛骨(要有骨髓的) 500公克牛腩 蔥 鹽和黑胡椒 步驟: 1. 牛骨跟牛腩先泡水兩小時去血 2. 泡完水之後拿出來瀝乾。取一鍋,把牛骨放進去、裝冷水直到水覆蓋住牛骨為止。再放入一些蔥之後開火煮滾、去雜質。 3. 把牛骨拿出來用冷水洗淨。 4. 取一乾淨的鍋子裝滿滾水、放入牛骨。注意水要覆蓋牛骨。中火燉煮約五小時,這期間要時常確認水量,如果水位開始下降,要記得加水、水要完全覆蓋牛骨。 5. 五小時後,把泡過水的牛腩放進牛骨湯裡,再多煮一到一個小時半。 6. 把牛腩拿出來放冷後切片。 7. 盛飯、盛湯、放上牛肉片、蔥、加些鹽和黑胡椒調味就可以開動啦! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 샛별 - Lemon Cake (Royalty Free Music)
