You also get around 22db of clean boost, two-band EQ and the ability to use all of these facilities together or independently. The compressor runs parallel and is finely tuned with a single adjustment knob - Sustain - to mix in/out the compressed signal. The parallel feature is important because it means: 1. You can mix it all the way in or out if you choose and 2. Your dry sound will retain its transients (pick attack) and unaffected tone, depending how much or how little compression you decide to mix in. The Unit67's 'Range' knob will let you dial in 'that' tone thanks to its finely honed mids. If you're looking for a great Treble Booster you will find it here.
