This neighborhood is very lively, with lots of nearby bars, restaurants, and massage shops. Most rooms here may be affected by the sound and music coming from bars. If your room faces Tree Town, expect extremely loud music until 4 AM. It’s not ideal for light sleepers, but it could be a good choice if you plan to mainly party and go to bed late. Otherwise, the location is quite good, you can walk pretty much anywhere in the Central Pattaya area. Central Festival Shopping Mall is around 450 meters from the hotel, Pattaya Beach is around 500 meters from the hotel and so on. 247 Boutique Hotel location guest-friendly? The hotel is fully guest-friendly. No extra charges if you bring guests to the room. Swimming pool and fitness center There is a small swimming pool on the top floor and small fitness room. The pool is small, and all sunbeds might get taken at least next to the pool (8), there were more seats on lower deck thought. The fitness center had only treadmill, bike and dumbbells (10kg) and one seat. Not really suitable for real training. If you need fitness center, there is cheap Sun Fitness near Tree Town. Breakfast There is no breakfast restaurant in this hotel; however, the area is full of restaurants that offer breakfast options. 247 Boutique Hotel good value for money? If the price is under 30$ per night, I think the room is a solid value for money. However, rooms are slightly dated, and there is no good fitness center. And if your room is facing the Tree Town, the music is just too loud for optimal sleeping. This is why I would put the recommended price range under 20$ per night. In this same price range (20-30$), there is solid options for hotels in this area where you can sleep just fine. For example, Travelodge, which is located in the same area, has better quality rooms, swimming pool and fitness center, and breakfast.
