LNER Peppercorn Class A2 Blue Peter made a welcome return to Shap Bank after an absence of twenty four years this coming June heading The Lakelander railtour which originated out of Llandudno, we see the A2 with eleven on from the west side of Scout Green and a little further north with a strong cool wind blowing from the east also included is some of my archive footage of her last two runs and a couple of related pictures, a special thank you must go to all those who were involved for there part in making it possible for Blue Peter to return to mainline running once again, thanks to Steve for the lift this morning and a pleasure to have young Philip's company at Scout Green today, hope you enjoy and thanks for watching.
