BI Q2 Results Live: India's largest lender, State Bank of India Ltd. has announced its September quarter results, with its Net profit increasing by 28% from last year, while its Net Interest Income increased by 5.4% from the same period last year. Asset quality for SBI improved on a sequential basis. Gross NPA for the quarter stood at 2.13% from 2.21% in June, while Net NPA stood at 0.5%, compared to 0.57% in the previous quarters.
