Put a bowl of chocolate in 50~55℃ hot water, and melt well. 2. While melting the chocolate, warm the fresh cream until just before boiling. 3. Add heavy cream little by little to a bowl of chocolate and mix well. 4. Add egg yolk and mix well. 5. Put egg whites in another bowl and make meringue. 6. When you beat a little with a hand mixer, add half of the sugar and whisk again. 7. When it becomes meringue-like, add the remaining sugar and whisk until the corners stand. 8. Add a scoop of meringue to the bowl of 3 and mix well with rubber spatula. 9. Add to the bowl of meringue and mix until you no longer see the lines of the meringue. 10. Place in a container with a spoon or ladle, and cool for about 3 hours.It's done!
