This 20-minute Daily Qi Gong practice includes 3 warm up Qi Gong exercises and 9 Qi Gong exercises. Warm Up Qi Gong Exercises 1. Sun Spreads it’s Light This exercise balances the Yin and Yang in the body and is from the Long Life Qi Gong System. 2. Wave Hands over the Lake This exercise tonifies Kidneys, Lungs and is from the Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qi Gong System. 3. Water Rises to the Sky This exercise tonifies the Kidneys, reduces stress, calms the mind and is from the Long Life Qi Gong System. 4. Scoop the Earth Part the Clouds This exercise tonifies the heart and the kidneys and is part of the Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qi Gong System. 5. Smoothing the SP, ST, & LV by Raising One Hand This exercise regulates SP, ST, & LV and is from the Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong System. 6. Banging Heels Seven Times to Dispel all Illnesses This exercise calms the nervous system, strengthens the bones and the immune system and is from the Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong System. 7. Turn Behind and All Illnesses Dissipate This exercise balances the emotions and strengthens the immune system. It is from the Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong System. 8. Natures Fragrance Drifts up from the Stream This exercise balances the Yin and Yang and returns the Qi to the lower Dantian. It is from the Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qi Gong System. 9.
