घर पर बनाएं क्रीमी पालक की रेस्टोरेंट स्टाइल सब्जी | Creamy Palak ki Sabji | Zayka Ka Tadka ---------------------------------- Recipe - Ingredients: 1. Oil - 1 tablespoon 2. Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon 3. Asafoetida powder/Hing powder - a pinch 4. Green chili/Hari mirch - 1 slit 5. Ginger/Adrak - 1/2 inch grated 6. Garlic cloves/Lahsun - 3 to 4 finely chopped 7. Curry leaves - a few 8. Onion/Pyaz - 1 medium size finely chopped 9. Potato/Aloo - 1 medium size cooked & chopped 10. Tomato/Tamatar - 1 finely chopped 11. Green peas/Hare matar - 1/2 cup parboiled (optional) 12. Spinach leaves/Palak - 1 to 2 cups chopped 13. Homemade Curd/Dahi - 2 tablespoon 14. Gram flour/Besan - 1 & 1/2 tablespoon 15. Turmeric powder/Haldi powder - 1/2 teaspoon 16. Salt - to taste 17. Red chili powder/Lal mirch powder - to taste 18. All spice mix powder/Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon 19. Homemade Malai/Milk Cream - 1 tablespoon (optional) 20. Coriander leaves - to garnish Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a wok/kadhai. Put cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, slit green chili, grated ginger, garlic cloves, curry leaves and finely chopped onion. Saute on medium to high flame. 2. As the onion turns pink in color, put the cooked and chopped potato. Mix well. Add the finely chopped tomato and mix well. 3. Now, put the parboiled green peas, chopped spinach leaves and mix well. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. 4. In a bowl, take the curd, gram flour, salt to taste and turmeric powder. Whisk it together so that the lumps do not form. 5. Then, put this curd-gram flour mixture in the wok/kadhai and mix well. Then add the red chili powder, all spice mix powder and mix well. Add the homemade malai and mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. 6.
