This session is an invitation to come back into your body, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner intelligence. Allow the breath to guide you. Let go of expectations. Trust what wants to move. After you complete the practice, I would love to hear from you by leaving a comment below: What did you feel? What shifted? What did the breath reveal to you? This session is accompanied by meditative music infused with healing low frequencies and theta waves, designed to gently guide your breathing and support a deep, restorative state. This is a practice I return to every week, and I share it with you with the intention that you remember the power, wisdom, and light that already live within you. Contraindications & Safety Please make sure you are seated comfortably on a stable, flat surface, with enough space around you. If at any point you feel light-headed or dizzy, gently place your hands on the ground in front of you and allow your breath to slow and stabilize. Breathwork can lead to strong physical or emotional releases. This practice is not recommended for individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease (including heart attack or angina), high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent surgery or significant physical injury. It is also not advised for those with severe mental health conditions, seizure disorders, or for individuals taking major medications. This practice may not be suitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. If you are pregnant, please consult your primary care physician before practicing breathwork. If you have asthma, keep your inhaler nearby and consult with your healthcare provider before participating. Always listen to your body. You are in control of your breath at all times.
