Is Prince Harry being treated unfairly? He's at the High Court trying to overturn a decision which means he will no longer qualify for police protection because he gave up being a working royal. His lawyer has claimed he was 'singled out' for 'unjustified and inferior treatment'. His police protection was funded by the taxpayer - but when he and the Duchess of Sussex stepped down from frontline duties back in 2020 there was a decision to stop this. The decision was made to give him security only on a case-by-case basis when he visits the UK. Harry's lawyer argues that the couple felt forced to step down because they felt they were not being protected by the institution.
