It uses animations to show that while both have a primary and secondary structure, only globular proteins have tertiary (and sometimes quarternary structure as well). It shows how the polar R groups are directed outward from spherical molecules in globular proteins, explaining why they are mostly water soluble. Fibrous proteins are insoluble and are mostly found in connective tissue and structures such as hair, nails and the walls of blood vessels. They consist of long parallel twisted chains with cross-links.
