Vanillin- a pinch Corn starch- 20g. Milk- if necessary 1. Bake the pumpkin at 392~°F about an hour. 2. Blend until smooth. 2. Add eggs, sugar, starch and orange or lemon zest. Mix everything until smooth. 3. Combine cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, vanillin and starch. Blend until smooth. 4. Important: cottage cheese and pumpkin masses should be of the same consistency. Therefore, if necessary, add a little milk to the cottage cheese mass. 5. Grease the pan with butter and pour the pumpkin mass and cottage cheese alternately. 6. Bake at 356~°F for 40-50 minutes.
