I'm starting a new (hopefully) weekly video called Cook With Me! Where I'm going to put together quick, healthy recipes. I'm so busy during the day that I don't have time to really make meals. Back int he day, I used to do meal prep. This one is one of my favorites! Turkey Meatloaf Muffins! Plus, it has just a half a cup of Marinara sauce so I bought some pasta so I'll actually have two meals made this week. Let me know what you think about this series. It's a new set up for me so, hopefully, it will get better over time. TURKEY MEATLOAF MUFFINS 1 lb ground turkey 1 egg beaten ½ cup marinara sauce 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp minced onion DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients together. Drop into muffin pan – you can fill to top to make 9 mini-meatloaves. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Weight Watcher points 2 for 1 mini meatloaf.
