We finally received an Official Statement from EmpiresX that they will be closing everyone's accounts, returning their capital, and dissolving the company. The owners of the company have asked for a few more weeks to get everyone taken care of and have stated that a date will appear in your back office no later than February as to when your capital will be refunded. Some people have already started receiving their capital back and accounts have been closed. Some people are suggesting to continue to receive your daily earnings and not request your capital in your back office. The reasoning behind this is that EmpiresX paid them their capital and all earnings that had accrued prior to their account being closed. However, there are those of us, like myself, that are simply electing to go ahead and request all capital at this time. Whatever you decide to do is your decision.
