🌟 Keema Aloo Recipe (English) 🧾 Ingredients: 1 kg minced meat (coarse) 4–5 onions (finely sliced) 1 cup oil (or as required) ½ cup yogurt ½ tsp cumin seeds 4 whole dry red chilies Black pepper, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves, green cardamom ½ tsp turmeric powder 2–3 tomatoes (chopped) 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp green chili paste 1 tsp salt (or to taste) 1 cup water 3–4 potatoes (cubed) 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) 2 green chilies 1 tsp homemade garam masala Fresh coriander for garnish --- 👩🍳 Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until light golden. 2. Add whole spices and fry until fragrant. 3. Add minced meat and cook well. 4. Add turmeric and cook for 5 minutes to remove raw smell. 5. Add tomatoes and mix well. 6. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, green chili paste, and salt. 7. Add 1 cup water and cook for about 15 minutes until meat is tender. 8. Add yogurt and potatoes, cook until potatoes are soft. 9. Add Kasuri methi and green chilies. 10. Cook until oil separates. 11. Add garam masala and give dum for a few minutes. 12.
