📄 Description: This one-pan chicken pasta is hearty, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make! 🍗🌶️ Tender chicken pieces are seasoned with paprika, turmeric, and garlic, then cooked together with onion, bell pepper, pasta, and chicken broth. Finished with melted Cheddar and Parmesan cheese plus fresh parsley, this recipe is pure comfort food — all in one skillet. ✨ Quick to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for a weeknight dinner! 🥘 Ingredients: 2 chicken fillets (cut into small cubes) 2 tbsp olive oil (1 for chicken, 1 for veggies) Salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 green bell pepper (diced) 200 g dry pasta (your choice) 500 ml chicken broth Oregano & thyme (to taste) 150 g cheese (Cheddar + Parmesan, grated) Fresh parsley for garnish 🧑🍳 Instructions: Season chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, and garlic powder. Mix well and sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil for 5–7 minutes until cooked. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cook onion until translucent (about 4 minutes). Add diced green bell pepper, stir, and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add 200 g dry pasta, mix, then pour in 500 ml chicken broth. Reduce heat to low and let the pasta cook until almost tender, while the sauce thickens. Add oregano and thyme, then return chicken to the pan. Once pasta is ready, remove from heat and stir in grated Cheddar and Parmesan. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. 📌 Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor — this one-pan pasta will be a family favorite! 💬 Would you top it with extra Parmesan or chili flakes?
