MY TIP On WHAT To Do With Your FIRST CHECK Now that you've got your first deal, now that you've got your first check from this wholesaling business, what do you do with it? Most people would think of rewarding themselves for their hard work, for a job well done and there are also those people who would immediately think of reinvesting their first check back into their business with the goal of scaling their operation. While those aren't necessarily bad, I don't recommend you do any of those I've just mentioned, not with your first check. Your first check is not for reward and not for reinvesting. When you are just beginning in this business, when your just beginning to reap the fruit of your hard work, you don't think of reward or scaling up. What you do at this point of your journey in this business is to save up, work on consistency, keep those deals and those checks coming in and once you're getting $30,000 a month, that's your signal that it is the right time to reinvest in your business and move up into scaling your operations. Until that time comes, you need to save, save, save. Use that money only to cover your living expenses while you're working on your next deals.
