Golden Jubilee Glimpses Episode 25 Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in India PIIW Editor/ Media Manager Prabha Raghunandan ( AP year 2016-17) interviewed by PDC Shweta Sinha (District 325) A dynamic leader and visionary communicator, PP Association President 2016–17, PIIW Editor & Media Manager Prabha Raghunandan (District 325) has made a remarkable mark in Inner Wheel with her creativity, leadership and commitment. A Charter Member of IWC Giridih since 1989, she became the first District Chairman from her club and the first from her district to rise to the post of Association Vice President, followed by Association President, and later serving with distinction as IIW Editor & Media Manager (2022–24). She initiated impactful community projects in sanitation, water, hygiene, school facilities and public utility services, while also creating lasting legacies through publications, commemorative initiatives and innovative fundraising. As Association President under the theme PRARAMBH, she introduced landmark programmes, strengthened national and international participation, and launched the memorable all-India women’s car drive SAFAR – Stree Swabhiman Ka. As IIW Editor & Media Manager, she transformed communication through e-bulletins, web magazines, creative video series and global centenary celebrations featuring nearly 70 countries.
