For this episode, we have learned how to cook with almond flour to make a delicious, keto breakfast that mixes American breakfast culture with a Filipino flavor: purple keto almond flour ube pancakes. I also tried making these with coconut flour, but they didn't taste as good so that video will not go up. Here are the ingredients: 1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour 3/4 cup milk (add more if the flour soaks up too much liquid) 3 organic eggs (mine were medium sized, not large) 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 teaspoons ube extract 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Optional sticking agent: 1/2 tsp xantham gum (will be easier to flip) 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener or Swerve (or 1 1/2 tbsp sugar - not KETO) And there's a mystery language in this video - the one noted in the subtitles!
