RAW BEEF N VEGIE BALLS. This is a staple food we keep in the freezer for Roland and thaw when needed – giving him both raw meat protein and nutritious grated vegetables. 1 x SIX-CUP MUFFIN TRAY 1 x cup GRATED CARROT 1 x EGG 1 cup BEEF STOCK 1 cup grated celery 1 cup BREADCRUMBS 1 kilo LEAN BEEF MINCE LGE BOWL DISPOSABLE GLOVES MIXING SPOONS Place beef mince in large mixing bowl and add grated carrot and grated celery to the mince mixture Add egg Add stock Mix all ingredients together with wooden spoon Add breadcrumbs Mix using your hands – no mess when wearing disposable gloves Take handfuls of mince and shape into even sized meatballs Fill each of the patty cakes with the mixture Place tray of meatballs in freezer till frozen solid Add a couple of inches of luke warm water in the sink and stand the bottom of the frozen muffin tray in it for a few seconds This will free up the meatballs and them make easier to remove Freeze meatballs in portion sizes in a zip lock bag At Cooking For Dogs, we showcase weekly videos on cooking, grooming, crafts, activities and outfits for your Dog!
