If you would like to get into a comfortable position... Actually, you can chant the mantra whenever you feel. It does not have to be just in the morning or the evening. It is whenever you feel like you want to be more centred. Coming back to yourself. Find a private space. A safe space. Where you can let go and be connected. Let us do ten circular breaths. I will count you down. You may feel slightly dizzy at times when you are breathing. This is very normal for any type of breath work. I will count down. Three... two... one... inhale, exhale. Inhale... exhale. And last one. Life is about perspective. Sometimes from where you are sitting, something is not right. So you can either go fix that something, or you can move from your position. A lot of the time, it is easier and quicker to move from your position. We are not as stuck as we think we are. There are times where moving feels like so much work. But you can change that. You can say, "It is so light and easy to move." Let us start our meditation. If you have your beads ready, recall the mantra you are practising. We will take a deep breath and we can start. Inhale. Mantra practice Take all the time you need to finish your mantra for today. Come back to yourself as slowly as you like. We are in no rush. You can sit and stretch. Contemplate what you just experienced. Share it with us. Put down your thoughts. How does it feel? I got quite lost in the trance of my mantra today. Just taking my time to chant through the beads. And actually, a few times I was just chanting but I did not really know where I was. Lost in deep meditation. And then suddenly coming back to myself and carrying on the chant, realising I still had some way to go. That happened at least twice in this meditation. And I think it is nice to be lost in your meditation. There is something special about being in that subliminal space. Have you experienced it before?
