There are a couple differences here from other Mai Tais including salt, two orange liqueurs, and an aged rhum agricole. Multiple orange liqueurs may seem unusual and to some of you it may appear to be unnecessary but for the last several months I've been looking for the perfect Mai Tai orange liqueur and spoiler alert the one that is the most common is not the best (in my opinion).
