EP54 - The MSX DC600 from SKOTII ( The creator of the JFF MSX ) is a clone of the cartridge based TDC600 floppy controller for MSX computers. Here i assemble one and get it fired up with a gotek.... Please Note: Although the 1st board i built ( as in this video) had some issue with the clock circuit, The 2 resistors and 138 chip i removed, I later re-used these and built a second board which worked perfectly with these components as per the BOM.... It seems that the floppy controller chip may be a bit variable in what they like, clock signal wise, Either way solution is easy, 2 resistors and / or 138....
