Ullr's Dream is a ski trail of varying difficulties located at Jay Peak Resort. The trails run from the summit of the Flyer Express Quad chairlift down to the Tramside Base Area. The trail begins rated as intermediate to the skier's left of the top of the chairlift, gently running across the top of the mountain, offering great views to the north of Canada. The run then enters into a short but steep drop before turning sharply to the right into a longer but less steep pitch. The trail eventually begins to flatten out before turning to the right into a long runout. After merging with Deer Run, the trail's rating changes to beginner as it continues to gently traverse across the bottom of the mountain before arriving at the Tramside Base Area. Jay Peak Resort is a ski resort located in Jay, Vermont. The resort is located in Northern Vermont, about 4 miles south of the border with the Canadian province of Quebec in Orleans County and the state's Northeast Kingdom Region. The ski area is located a 90-minute drive northeast of Burlington, a 2-hour drive southeast of Montreal, Quebec, a 3-hour 45-minute drive northwest of Boston, Massachusetts, and a 6.5-hour drive north of New York City. Jay Peak is known for its challenging terrain, and extensive glade network, making it a destination for advanced skiers and riders. The resort also features plenty of intermediate and beginner terrain and with an average snowfall of over 300 inches per year, it is the snowiest ski area in the Eastern US. Jay Peak features an extensive resort located across its two base areas: Tramside and Stateside, including three hotels, a collection of condos, a movie theater, an ice hockey rink, a golf course, and an indoor water park, offering year-round activities for guests. In 2022, the resort was purchased by Pacific Resorts Group, which owns Ragged Mountain in New Hampshire, and multiple other small ski areas in North America, after the resort was placed under receivership after the resort was seized from the previous owner for EB-5 fraud in 2016. The resort is a member of the Indy Pass, granting pass holders 2 days each at the resort.
