Back in January I built this very nice old style tank car kit.    • model kit build  - 8000 gallon tank car   There was some interest in seeing me weather it, so here we go! Black painted freight cars are challenging to weather, and this one didn't come out looking as old and worn as I would have liked, but an attempt was made. And, after all, you can always add more weathering later. ----- My tip jar:   / pileofstuff   ----- This isn't the only way to do it. It's probably not the best way to do it. But it's how I do it.
