In this quiet garden session, I create one more arrangement - simple, spontaneous, and guided entirely by one irresistible branch. Sometimes the real art is not in arranging, but in walking through the garden and finding the branch that speaks to you. The one that already carries movement, emotion, and intention within its line. This composition is light and minimal: – A simple vase with a tiny base – A perfectly fitting kenzan – A branch that already holds its own presence – Sedum for quiet support – And finally, a white lily to direct attention and complete the movement Rather than adding complexity, the focus is on reducing: removing leaves, lightening the curve, allowing space. The more you remove, the clearer the line becomes. Have you ever found a branch that felt like it was already an artwork by itself? Let me know in the comments. 🔔 Subscribe to my channel for weekly Ikebana practice, garden explorations, and deeper structural insights.
