The cabin crew was professional, attentive, and consistently warm throughout the journey. From boarding to landing, every interaction felt sincere and efficient. I also enjoyed listening to their gentle and clear in-flight announcements, which added a calm, welcoming atmosphere to the flight. 💺 Seating & Comfort I was seated in 25K, a window seat in the economy class section with a 3-3-3 configuration. The seat was surprisingly comfortable with good legroom, a footrest, and a well-padded cushion. Each seat came with a pillow and blanket, which made the medium-haul flight much more bearable. It definitely exceeded typical economy expectations. 🎬 In-Flight Entertainment The entertainment system was user-friendly and well-stocked with a wide selection of movies, TV shows, music, and games. The screen quality was clear, and the headphone audio was decent. It made the 7-hour journey feel much shorter. Even the flight map display was engaging and showed our real-time route clearly, including stops over Vietnam and Taiwan. 🍱 Food & Beverages The meal service was impressive. Shortly after takeoff, passengers were offered snacks and drinks. I had a Sapporo beer while waiting for the main meal. The main course featured a flavorful seafood paella, accompanied by quinoa shrimp salad, cold udon noodles, a fresh garden salad, a roll with butter, and various beverages. Before landing, a long sandwich was served as a light snack. Everything was well-prepared and satisfying for an economy class meal. The entire experience from the punctual takeoff to the warm Japanese hospitality was smooth and enjoyable.
