Radish / Mooli - 1 Peeled 2. Gram Flour / Besan - 1 tbsp 3. Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful 4. Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 to 2 Finely chopped 5. Carom Seeds / Ajwain - 1/2 tsp 6. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp 7. Salt - As per taste 8. Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp 9. Whole Wheat Dough / Gehu Ka Aata - As required 10. Clarified Butter / Ghee - As required Instructions: 1. Grate the white radish and squeeze out its water using muslin cloth. 2. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add besan, coriander leaves, green chilli, carom seeds, chaat masala, salt, and red chilli powder. Mix well. 3. Now take the medium ball sized medium-soft whole wheat dough and make a round shaped circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha. 4. Then add mooli mixture on it. Join the edges and seal the paratha properly. Slightly press it. Dust it with flour and roll it with light hands to make a paratha. 5. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with ghee. Place the prepared paratha on the tawa. Cook it from one side. 6. Flip it once it is slightly brown, add ghee to the paratha and cook it from both sides on a low to medium flame. Press the paratha while cooking it to make it crispy and cook it well. 7. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out to the serving plate. 8.
