Easy, beginner-friendly, and perfect anytime! 🧀🥞 🧈 INGREDIENTS: · 🥚Eggs - 4 · 🥛Milk - 1 faceted glass (200-250 ml) ·🌾 Flour - 1 faceted glass (200-250 ml) · 🍅Tomato - 1/2 ·🥓 Ham - half a standard size (about 150 grams) · 🧀Cheese (any kind that melts) - 100 grams · 🥬Dill and herbs - to taste (the more, the juicier) ·🧂 Salt - ½ teaspoon 👨🍳 STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS: 1. Crack 4 eggs into a deep bowl. 2. Pour 1 cup of milk into the eggs. Stir. 3. Add 1 cup of flour, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. 4. Add half a teaspoon of salt. The base is ready. 5. Chop the filling · Finely dice the tomato (to allow it to cook through). · Chop the ham into small cubes. · Finely chop the dill. · Cheese (100 g) 6. Pour the chopped tomato, ham, and all the herbs into the dough. Stir with a spoon until all the pieces are evenly distributed. 7. Place the frying pan over medium heat and grease with oil (if needed). Pour a ladle of batter with the filling and spread it evenly over the pan. 8.
