When it thick add sugar and condensed milk. After that add whole dried milk and cottage cheese cook till kheer thick. Garnish with petal leaves and dry fruit. Serve after cool. Bong Paya: Ingredients: Beef trotter 1 Beef ½ kg Clarified butter ¾ cup Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp Salt, pepper, turmeric as required All spice 1tsp Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp Yogurt ¾ cup Fennel ground ½ tsp Onion fried 2tbsp Coriander, green chilies, ginger to garnish Bone marrow (pulp) 2tbsp Trotter stock 4cups
