Join me for a full Pregnancy-Modified Ashtanga Yoga Practice, filmed in my 9th month of pregnancy. This class is designed for regular Ashtanga practitioners continuing their practice during pregnancy. We flow gently through the sequence, exploring safe, mindful modifications. In this full-length class, I gently guide you through a steady, mindful Half Primary Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, showing how to adapt the traditional sequence safely for pregnancy. This class is created for regular Ashtanga practitioners who were already practicing before pregnancy and wish to continue their sadhana with awareness and care. It is not intended for beginners or for starting Ashtanga during pregnancy. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend exploring basic prenatal yoga options first. In this practice, we focus on: 🌿 Adapting the practice with pregnancy-safe modifications 🌿 Adjusting transitions and pacing to honor your changing body and needs 🌿 Cultivating breath awareness, softness, and presence Take it slow, listen to your intuition, and allow your practice to become a space of trust and nurturing. Remember that each pregnancy is unique, so observe the way you feel as you are the one who knows the best what feels right for you personally.🤍 Level: Intermediate (For pre-pregnancy Ashtanga practitioners) Duration: 95 min Practice Type: Pregnancy Modified Ashtanga .
