Grand Sirenis, Riveiera Maya, Mexico Vlog Day 6 - Pool Day, Food, Drink, Beach Party and Fire Show

Day 6 of our stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya, and although this was meant to be a quiet recovery day after Isla Mujeres, it turned into another brilliant, full-on resort day — and a great part of our ongoing honest hotel review. ☕ Morning – Slow Start & Wildlife We started the day gently with Baileys coffees at Sambay Bar, then took them outside to sit near The Black Sheep, enjoying the peace — and getting a visit from the spider monkeys, which was a great way to begin the day. After that, we headed off for breakfast at the buffet, before getting properly moving. 🚶 Late Morning – Long Walk & Exploring Following breakfast, we finally did the long walk around the outside of the hotel complex, passing through the condo areas — the 2km walk we hadn’t managed earlier in the holiday. Along the way, we spotted a large family of coatis, which was another reminder of how much wildlife you see around this resort. 🍺 Afternoon – Beach Time, Food & Pools After the walk, it was time for a few lagers, then down to the beach for a walk and a litter pick, doing our small bit to keep the area looking great. We then headed to the outdoor cooking area at Pool 1 to try the burgers and hotdogs for the first time — and they were absolutely fantastic. From there, we moved over to the quiet pool, where we filmed a relaxed poolside video, showing the surrounding areas and atmosphere. 🌙 Evening – Food, Fire Show & Late Drinks In the evening, we tried Oishii Street Food, but it wasn’t really for us — most likely because we’d already eaten far too much during the day. Being Saturday night, we then headed down to the beach for the White Party, which featured a live fire show. We got plenty of footage, and it was a really good atmosphere. After the show, we walked back to Breathe Sunset Bar for a last couple of drinks, finally calling it a night between 12:30 am and 1:00 am. ⭐ Final Thoughts What was meant to be a quiet recovery day turned into a really great all-round day, with wildlife, food, beach time, entertainment and a proper Saturday night atmosphere.
