(👉 Tip: thoda sa namak laga kar 10 min rakh kar squeeze karein to bitterness kam hoti hai) Step 2: Make Kadhi Base Ek bowl me dahi, besan, haldi aur namak daal kar smooth paste bana lein. Dheere-dheere water add karein aur lumps bilkul na rehne dein. Step 3: Cook the Kadhi Kadai me kadhi mixture daal kar medium flame par lagatar stir karte hue ubaal aane tak pakaayein. Ab chopped methi add karein aur 10–12 minutes tak low flame par pakne dein. Step 4: Prepare Tadka Alag pan me oil/ghee garam karein. Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger aur dry red chilli daal kar tadka lagayein.
