Set the time at Ghostlight Market to Mao hour (this switches the market into its haunted version with Nether Mist and spectral enemies). Speak with Liu Changsheng near the starting stairs — he kicks off the quest. Quest progression: You’re sent on a “ghostly scavenger hunt” to find three key items hidden in the misty, cursed market — following green lanterns helps you navigate the fog safely: Mountain Armor — follow the lantern trail right from Liu Changsheng toward the water and find it in a chest near the riverside. Battle Helmet — head left from Liu’s spot, past Nan Lugong’s stall, and through another lantern-marked route to grab the helmet chest. Iron Spear — this one’s trickiest: from Nan Lugong’s stall, find a small staircase beside her, climb up, follow lanterns past a bridge and spectral soldiers, and reach the chest with the spear. After all three items are collected: Return to Liu Changsheng. He’ll give you the Spectral Soldier Armor — equipping it (handled automatically by the quest) allows you to move with the procession. Phase 1 — Opening & Wolves Start on the trees: Wolf Maiden initially stays in a tree and sends wolves at you. These wolves have telegraphed leaps — parry them to take them down and to draw Wolf Maiden into the arena. She leaps down: After a few wolf waves, she jumps down. On descent she does a gold (unblockable) leap attack — dodge sideways as late as possible to avoid it and begin the real duel. 🔄 Phase 2 — Aggression & Variation Once Wolf Maiden loses enough health (about halfway): Her moves get more aggressive and her Qi can recover if you give her breathing room.
