Quiet Evening Yoga Practice with Senior Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher Lin Craddock. This 15 minute sequence will help to calm the nerves and relax your body and mind. It is suitable for both Beginners to yoga and intermediate students. The poses include: Dandasana - Staff or Rod Pose Garudasana arms in Virasana - Eagle pose arms in Hero Pose Adho Mukha Virasana - Forward Folding Hero Pose Adho Mukha Svanasana - Dog Head Down, Head Supported Resting Uttanasana - Standing Forward Bend, Head supported Savasana with chest lift - Corpse Pose with Chest opening This is a restorative sequence which can help with insomnia as well as stress and anxiety in the body. This is a good sequence to do if you are suffering from headache, or physical or mental fatigue.
