When the oil is hot enough or shimmering, add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add turmeric and cranberries Paste and mix Throughly. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight jar, can be stored for few months. 2)Cranberry Pulihora Cranberry Paste : 2 Spoons Oil : 2 tbsp Turmeric : 1/8 tsp mustard seeds : 1 tsp Jeera: 1 Spoon Urad dal : 2 Spoons Peanuts : As per your Taste Salt : As per Taste Mix thoroughly cranberry paste,salt with rice. Heat oil in a sauté pan or kadai over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough or shimmering, add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add turmeric,jeera,urad dal, Ginger into small pieces,peanuts and fry till golden brown, add this to rice and mix throughly . 3)Cranberry Rasam Cranberry Paste : 1 Spoon Oil : 2 tbsp Turmeric : 1/8 tsp mustard seeds : 1 tsp Jeera: 1 Spoon Rasam powder : 1 Spoon Salt Heat oil in a sauté pan or kadai over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough or shimmering, add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add turmeric, curry leaves, add 1 spoon cranberry past add water mix thoroughly , add salt,Rasam power and boil for 5 min and Enjoy 4)Cranberry Dal Cranberry Paste : 2 Spoons Urad dal 1 Cup Oil : 2 tbsp Turmeric : 1/8 tsp mustard seeds : 1 tsp Jeera: 1 Spoon Rasam powder : 1 Spoon Salt Green Chillies: 10 Onion : 1 Big Pressure cook dal with double quantity of water,salt,chillies for 2 whistles, after dl is cooked add cranberry paste,water,salt mix thoroughly. Heat oil in a sauté pan or kadai over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough or shimmering, add mustard seeds.
