This much loved Venetian dish is so Quick & Simple to put together, especially when you are using Frozen Supermarket Clams, Ready in under 10 minutes! I bought the Clams from Waitrose, currently on offer, doesn't get much better than that. There is 500G of vacuum packed clams, all you need to do is defrost, rinse with cold water and you're all set. We start by heating some Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan, add in chopped Garlic, Chilli Flakes & Halved Cherry Tomatoes. Cook down for a few minutes and add White Wine. Next your clams and some chopped parsley. Cook for a further 2 minutes. We then added in some quick cook Spaghetti, this stuff was lightning quick to cook, just 5 minutes. Give it all a good stir around and serve. What could be simpler! You would pay a fortune for this dish in a restaurant, we served 2 people for £5, Delizioso! Ingredients: 1 - 500G Pack - Blue Tide Clams - Served 2 would do 4 as a starter. 4-5 Cloves Garlic - Chopped 1/2 TSP - Chilli Flakes 10 Vine Tomatoes - Halved 250ML - White Wine Spaghetti Pasta - Quantity to suit 1TBSP - Chopped Parsley Salt & Pepper to taste Timings may vary depending on your cooking device, please use the video as a guide.
