We'll first go you through a warm-up and then do 2 rounds of some great strengthening exercises in a circuit style. 35 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. You'll see some great benefits after doing this class for a while. We'll then finish the session off with some relaxing stretches that serves as a cool down.
