"Complete the game in under 3 minutes and 30 seconds." Deepest Sword is a free game with absolutely no innuendos in which you must use your inconveniently long sword to navigate a cave and slay a dragon. Each time you reach the dragon and get burnt because your sword isn't long enough, you get sent back to the start where you receive a longer sword, and an extra room appears in the cave. You only need to reach the dragon five times to win, so it's a pretty short game to beat, but the speedrun achievements are where the real challenge lies. The hardest one requires you to beat the game in under 3 minutes and 30 seconds. I had fun developing a feel for the unique controls, but certain parts of the cave were janky and unfun to navigate, especially the part at 2:35. Whether I could pass that part or not felt up to chance. Unfortunately, what fun I did have with the game ran out the moment I scored a PB of exactly 3 minutes and 30 seconds. I spent two sad, grueling hours trying to beat that time while bearing the knowledge that I could've already had it if any one maneuver in that PB had been a little faster. Also, I still hate recording and editing videos. I don't know why the audio in my recording has random pops in it, but they're frustrating to hear.
