After resigning from her teaching job, she founded Glowing Stars Angel academy with just one kid, her nephew. Few months down the line, she decided to open her own academy where she handles all kinds of kids including Autistic, Hyper and even those abled differently. Parents living in Nyayo Estate are a happy lot as they are confident about the teachings impacted by Esther to their children. This institution is also providing opportunities to young people like Gloria who is a teacher. She faces a lot of challenges in her job but she believes that she is heading towards the right direction.
