Transitioning to farming in Hampshire, TN in 2015, Kevin embraced Joel Salatin's Polyface Farm methods, raising diverse livestock and implementing Korean Natural Farming (KNF) and Soil Food Web practices. As a certified soil consultant under Dr. Elaine Ingham, a KNF practitioner trained by Chris Trump, and a Permaculture Design graduate from Geoff Lawton, Kevin is dedicated to promoting biological approaches for healthier soils, crops, and livestock, reflecting his commitment to a sustainable planet.
